Integrative Therapy is a holistically-based approach to well-being that taps into your own innate capacity to heal.
body/EMOTIONS
Your body is a source of infinite intelligence. Integrative Therapy respects that wisdom by following your in-the-moment, somatic + emotional experience, recognizing that paying attention to what your body is saying can help you to tap into a resource that is of tremendous value on your healing journey.
MIND
Your mind's capacity for reason and logic can support you in integrating new information, once old patterns of limiting beliefs and self-defeating behaviours are challenged and seen through. Integrative Therapy brings the body and the mind into alignment, offering you healthier and more effective ways of engaging with yourself and the world.
energy
Your body and your mind include – and are surrounded by – fields of subtle energy. These fields hold information. By bringing consciousness awareness to these more subtle levels of your experience, you can release the blocks that stand in the way of you finding your flow and instead live your life with greater authenticity, power and purpose.
putting it all together
Integrative Therapy is a holistically-based approach to healing that can include body-mind therapy, emotional process work, energy healing work, or any combination thereof. Integrative Therapy helps you to ground as you become more self-aware of somatic/emotional/mental and energetic patterns, while inviting you to explore what specific issues may be teaching you on your life path.
Integrative Therapy can also be done effectively over FaceTime or Zoom, where you can experience healing in the comfort of your own home.
The true you – the true self that is you – is already
in perfect health.
